Delays caused by customs are not included in the shipping time frame.

 Items that are in stock usually shipped within 3 business days.

 Pre order items

 We aim to ship pre-ordered products within 3 days of the estimated delivery date, provided that we have received and processed your payment.

 Taxes and duties

 The customer is responsible for paying any customs, duties, and/or VAT. We do not charge any customs, duties or taxes. We have no control of how much your taxes/duties will be. If a customer refuses shipment from CWEN, then customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, customs/duties/taxes that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to CWEN. This amount will be deducted from customers refund.

 Incomplete or incorrect address

CWÉN accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

 Failed delivery attempt

 If a package is refused, missed due to customers absence or due to wrong address, the shipment will be sent back to CWÉN, the contract will be rescinded and CWÉN will refund full items price within our refund policy. Any other shipping back associated costs, customs clearance will be deducted from the refund amount and processed within 14 days to a customer’s original payment method. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still prefer to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
